Landscaping is schedule to start August 26, 2024 in your areas. In order for new landscaping to go in we need you cooperation with the following:

Any item(s) you may have placed in the common courtyard or stairway areas need to be removed by August 24. This includes everything.

Common courtyard area means any area outside your patio or immediate front step.

Personal items should not be placed back in the common courtyard or stairway areas at any time.

The landscape contractor has been provided instructions by the Board. Please do not interrupt the workers as they are doing their job.
