BLOSSOM WALK NEWSLETTER

December 6, 2024

All Owners/Residents of Blossom Walk Condominiums: We are well into fall and the holiday season. We hope this newsletter finds you well and looking forward to a new year. We have a few reminders to share with you.

Rebuild of Balconies and Stairways: We have ongoing work on the balconies. We have been mandated by the State of California to install a reinforcing post on decks that require them. Please bear with us as this construction continues into 2025.

Plumbing Issue and Reminder: Angle stops which are located in your kitchen and bathroom are old and some of them have become frozen. This has been reported in the past and you are reminded that before doing anything to an angle stop you call property management, John Grondona at (619-261-0826). If you decide to work on an angle stop and a flood is a result you as the owner are responsible for all damage caused by this. This includes not only your unit but any neighboring units with resulting water damage.

Parking Spaces in the Alley and Parking Lots: We still have some residents backing into their designated parking space. We previously requested that all vehicles be pulled into their designated parking space to keep car exhaust from going into units, and we are reiterating that request. Please Do Not back into your parking space out of consideration to the safety of other residents.

Be sure to keep you cars locked and do not leave valuables in sight. Several cars have been broken into on the street recently. Unfortunately, this problem seems to increase at this time of year. If you do have a vehicle broken into, please contact the police.

Recycling: Signs are posted that identify what items can or cannot be placed in the recycle bins. If you have misplaced your personal list let us know and we will provide you with another copy. If you are not sure if something can be recycled, error on the side of putting it in the trash container. The HOA is charged extra if plastic bags are put into recycle bins.

Patios and Balconies: A reminder that these areas are exclusive common use areas and you need to abide by the Rules and Regulations as to what you put in these areas. Wet towels should not be hung across the stucco and/or wood fences as the moisture damages those areas. This also applies to placing plants in these areas.

Pets: Pets are to always be on a leash for the safety of all pets and owners. The pet relief stations should be used for your pet, not the grass or landscaped areas. When pets eliminate on grass or landscape, it causes damage which increases landscaping costs. All pets should have a Pet Registration form on file with APS. The Pet Registration form can be accessed on the Blossom Walk website www.blossomwalkhoa.com.

Lock Boxes on Gates: Personal lock boxes should not be affixed to the gates. The lock boxes are used for Blossom Walk vendors and package delivery carriers. If you have a personal lock box on a gate please remove it. We will be following up to identify those lock boxes that remain attached to the gates and to determine who they belong to and whether they are there for an acceptable reason.

If you have questions on Rules and Regulations, you can visit our website under the Governing Documents tab at www.blossomwalkhoa.com or request a copy from the Property Manager.

Feel free to contact the Property Manager, John Grondona at (619-261-0826) or a Board member if you have any questions.
